Tracy is originally from Mississippi where she attended Northeast & Northwest Community College. She started at Smith-Berclair in 2023 after 23 years of experience as an Underwriter Assistant, Rater, and her current role—Personal Lines Account Manager. She appreciates that there is always something new to learn in the insurance industry!
Tracy has two grown kids, one granddaughter, and a dog. She likes to read, work on puzzles, and spend time with family.
