Talbot is a Memphis native where he attended Memphis State and the University of Memphis. He was licensed in 1973 and started with Smith-Berclair in 1976. The thing he most enjoys in his role is finding solutions for his clients.
Talbot is active in the Boy Scouts program at his church and sits on the Board of Directors for the Cordova Community Center. He's been married to his wife of 54 years, Jary, and together they have one son, a daughter in-law, and a grandson. He enjoys traveling and participating in scout activities throughout the year.
