Mark Riales

Originally from Memphis, TN, Mark attended Memphis State and the University of Memphis. He was licenses in 1994 and previously worked as a Sales Executive for Blue Cross Blue Shield. He joined the Smith-Berclair team in 2000 as a Benefits Sales Specialist and enjoys helping people solve their insurance needs.
Mark has served as the local chapter treasurer of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance for 28 years. He is a devoted husband to his wife—Laurie—of 34 years, and together they have two sons and one grandson. Mark is also an active church board member.
