Cathy started her career in insurance in 1981. In her 43 years at Smith-Berclair, Cathy has served in many different roles, including policy typist, personal & commercial lines rater, and commercial lines CSR. She is a proud member of the Insurors of Tennessee association.
Cathy enjoys interacting with people, being involved at her church (Grace Evangelical), and spending time with her husband, two sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren. She also enjoys boating, cooking, and reading in her spare time.
